E-Commerce Digital Marketing Officer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital marketing and website.

About the role:

  • E-commerce
    • o E-Commerce Strategy – optimizing website experience to meet business strategies and align with branding.
    • o Content updates for new launches and promotions.
    • o Manage and organize online launch plans on time to ensure an effective launch.
    • o Monitor online visual merchandising, remove out-of-stock or waitlisted products for an upcoming launch date, upload content, and write all new product descriptions.
    • o Manage operations with our distribution center; working on new stock arriving in the warehouse, taking inventories and being aware when stock levels are low.
    • o Create monthly reports and use the data to assess monthly business performance which should then be shared within the team.
    • o Work closely with our web developer

  • o Collaborate daily with our Digital Ads Manager to coordinate marketing strategy.
  • o Use the reports provided by our Facebook Ads Manager and translate this information into actionable digital marketing strategies.
    • o Provide relevant content for our Facebook Ads Manager that will help create effective and engaging ads.
  • o Work with our lead designer to develop an online marketing calendar with delivery dates, available content and current inventory levels. It is important to ensure that the brand’s brand aesthetic is effectively communicated across all digital platforms.
  • o Work with our PR and Social Media Marketing staff on weekly brand EDMs in accordance with marketing calendar.
  • o Help create engaging content with our team that tells the brand ethos across all digital platforms that will be used in channels such as social media, website, EDM.

About you:

  • You have a passion for e-commerce and online businesses
  • You are hungry and want to play a leading role in helping grow an emerging fashion business
  • You have an appreciation for fashion, Avenue products and its market
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a digital role
