PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

digital marketing

  • Daily community management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter.

  • Email marketing and audience management on Mailchimp

  • Assist with consumer relations and information via Facebook groups and Mailchimp

  • Develop and support audience growth goals across all social media channels and email marketing

  • Contribute to content planning and creation to support brand and social media strategy

  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of social media initiatives

  • Social media monitoring for customer service requests and influencer opportunities

  • Monitor content trends in social media

  • Work with agencies to provide recommendations to improve SEO and execute SEO copywriting

  • Work with agencies to provide recommendations on paid advertising strategies for retail and e-commerce: display, SEM, video ads, social media ads, etc.

E-commerce:

  • Manage brand presence on e-commerce channels, such as Instacart, AmazonFresh and Walmart Connect

  • Develop and execute online promotions

  • Identify and manage the onboarding process for any new e-commerce opportunity

  • Identify and manage growth opportunities within existing e-commerce channels

Reports and analysis:

  • Create and deliver weekly social media activity reports to inform content strategy

  • Create and deliver monthly reports on campaign initiatives, website performance, digital ad performance, and e-commerce performance to inform business decisions

Website management:

  • Work with agencies to manage website content updates (recipes, creative, copywriting, FAQs, etc.)

  • Manage Google Analytics and advertising reports

General support:

  • Facilitate work with agencies contributing to digital marketing activities

  • Manage digital advertising and e-commerce budget

  • Manage brand presence on retailer websites

  • Manage the digital coupon program

  • Participate in major marketing and product initiatives

Terms:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Three to five years of relevant work experience

  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, analytics, and online tracking and monitoring tools

  • Flair for content creation with a demonstrated track record including copywriting and creative direction

  • Previous experience with business pages and ad spend

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams

  • Strong communication skills, including oral and written formats suitable for audiences

  • Flexible and adaptable work style

  • Reliable transportation, ability to work out of office in Devens, MA 1 day per week
