King James – Part of Accenture Song is currently seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Digital) to join its Digital: Media & Data team. This role is performance driven and delivering measurable results for our clients’ businesses. The successful person plays a crucial role in planning and recommending strategic performance, optimizing social campaigns and reporting insights from our digital media campaigns, and delivering optimization function within the media team of our company.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Media planning

  • Proficiency in digital media planning
  • Propose new digital channels for a client as they become available and relevant
  • Ability to define KPIs for campaigns and budgets if not predefined
  • Conduct research and find information in researching proposals and campaigns
  • Identify the right audiences and channels for a campaign
  • Effectively manage media channels to meet cost, quality and schedule objectives
  • Creative thinking about campaign execution using multiple digital media channels


  • Successfully Implement Social Campaign Setups
  • Set up media plans
  • Manage budget spending with precision
  • Manage program execution and financial performance while ensuring KPIs are met


  • Review live data and recommend changes to affect overall campaign performance
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls to action (CTAs) and lead generation forms
  • A/B continuously test and measure CTA performance
  • Collaborate with blogging, email, social media teams to optimize each conversion path
  • Optimize the conversion paths of our marketing
  • Increase conversion rates and generate qualified leads for marketing
  • Optimize lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • Increase Funnel Marketing Effectiveness
  • Meet and in most cases exceed KPIs for the business

Requirements / Experience / Skills

  • Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing
  • Google certifications (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads – Search, Display and Video)
  • Facebook certifications (blueprint)
  • GMP Stack Experience (DV360, SA360, experience in Campaign Manager)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a paid media specialist in an advertising agency or digital advertising agency
  • Good knowledge of digital (complete digital ecosystem / digital media landscape)
  • Knowledge of websites and UX (for defining KPIs on a lead model)
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords and the media offer in all areas (GDN, PPC, Programmatic) and keep abreast of all new offers
  • Knowledge of programmatic service providers and their offerings
  • Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
  • A strong ability to glean insights from data for reports and proposals
  • Intimate knowledge of other platforms that are common and widely adopted in our client’s space.
  • Ability to engage with customers and engage in strong performance-driven conversations and question improvement strategies.
  • A good command of the English language (both oral and written)
