No Boundaries Marketing Group is delighted to announce the addition of three new staff members! These staff members will expand our current capacity and reach, allowing us to better serve our current and future customers!

No Boundaries Marketing Group was founded with the goal of making the game of marketing and advertising easier for small and medium sized businesses and we are pleased to announce three new members to the team! We are delighted to welcome Israel Madrigal, Zack Rome and Rachel Nesheiwat and look forward to their success!

Zack Rome is a journalist by trade and a sports statistician by night. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2019 with a degree in journalism. Zack worked in his school’s athletics department from 2017 to 2019, where he was assistant director of sports information. There he learned the basics of public relations as well as the art of working in sport. After graduating, Zach accepted a job in Chattanooga, TN in January 2020 for a minor league baseball team called the Lookouts as a media relations assistant. Unfortunately, COVID-19 had other plans and the season was cancelled. Zack and his partner Ryan then moved to Surprise, AZ in February 2021 in search of greener pastures. Since then, he’s gotten two part-time jobs in sports statistics: one for the Phoenix Suns and the other for Major League Baseball. While these jobs were once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, Zack was missing a full-time position that could use his skills in an office. He was hired by No Boundaries Marketing Group as Creative Coordinator on May 9, 2022. “I strive for excellence and improve every day at a company that I believe is ready to take off,” says Zack Rome . He is proud of his creativity and his talents as a writer. Communication with customers is at the top of his list of priorities. He aims to provide full transparency and become a voice people would feel comfortable with at No Boundaries.

Israel Madrigal is a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in advertising. Before Israel joined the team, he worked for a granite company, but knew that was not his true passion. “If you continually compete with others, you become bitter, but if you continually compete with yourself, you become better,” Israel says. He started working at No Boundaries as a client relationship manager on May 23 this year and says it’s been amazing. In her spare time, Israel enjoys taking her dogs to the park and playing Xbox.

Rachel Nesheiwat has over 7 years of graphic design/promotion expertise and was the event support specialist on Arizona State University’s West Campus. At ASU, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance while simultaneously assisting the Artistic Director and designing promotional materials for ASU West events and schools. One of her proudest accomplishments was collaborating with the Dean of New College to design posters, bookmarks and banners for the late author, Bell Hooks, when she visited West Campus. Rachel’s posters are still on display on West Campus today. Rachel has been hired as a Customer Success Manager effective June 6, 2022. “I am excited to apply my passion for promotion at No Boundaries as well as meeting new businesses and playing my part in helping the community. grow,” said Rachel Nesheiwat. In her free time, Rachel enjoys watching TV shows, watching sports with her fiancé, and spending time with her new puppy.

At No Boundaries Marketing Group, we are marketing professionals, web developers, strategists, social media influencers and more with over 50 years of combined experience. We are thrilled to add these three talented members to our team and wish them the best of luck!
