The acquisition follows Vala Marketing’s 6th anniversary in business in the Michiana Region.
The decision to acquire Web Center began when Grant MielkeFounder of Vala Marketing, contacted Robert Norcross, owner of Web Centre, to discuss selling in June 2022. The businesses operate the same way, which made the transition quick. The agreement was signed on July 1, 2022.

The acquisition of Web Center is part of Vala Marketing’s strategy to provide complete, turnkey marketing solutions to Michiana region and beyond by bringing over 100 new customers to the Vala Marketing range, as well as a new account executive to the team.
